Commercial Terms & Service Level Agreement
By accessing Scanro or subscribing to an agency tier, you agree to these Terms. Scanro provides automated market discovery, technical website deficiency audits, and AI-assisted outreach synthesis.
1. Acceptable Outreach Governance
Subscribers agree to utilize verified business telephone numbers and addresses strictly for legitimate commercial B2B inquiries complying with applicable outreach regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and UK/EU PECR).
2. Subscription Quotas & Metering
Free accounts receive introductory trial scans. Starter, Pro, and Agency tiers expand scan limits, CSV exports, and AI pitch allowances. Subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe and can be managed or canceled anytime with 1 click in the billing portal.
3. Service Availability SLA
Scanro targets 99.9% uptime for core radar scanning and lead CRM ingestion. Scheduled maintenance is communicated with at least 48 hours notice.
4. US CAN-SPAM & TCPA Safe Harbor Compliance
In compliance with 15 U.S.C. § 7704, all commercial communications generated using Scanro must display a valid physical postal address and functional opt-out mechanism. Scanro Intelligence maintains registered commercial representation at 1209 Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801. Unsubscribe requests are permanently processed into the cryptographic suppression ledger within 24 hours via [email protected].
