Processing is conducted under Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for B2B commercial intelligence. All records index publicly accessible business contact registries, public search results, and registered domain names.
2. Data Subject Rights & Instant Erasure
Any business owner or authorized representative retains the right to inspect, rectify, or demand immediate irreversible purge of their indexed business registry from our real-time radar index by emailing [email protected].
3. Data Security & Storage Architecture
All cached credentials, tokens, and synthesized outreach drafts are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit via TLS 1.3. Scanro does not sell personal consumer data.
4. CCPA & State-Level Privacy Compliance
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may request disclosure of any commercial profile data held by Scanro. Scanro does not share personal identifiers with unverified third parties.
